Barangay Buayang Bato enjoyed back-to-back wins in this year’s Bilbiling Mandaluyong as Iarie Alfaro was crowned the title. The pageant is held annually to showcase the beauty, brains and talents of the plus-sized women of the City. The others who emerged victorious were 1st Runner-up Rachel Tablan (Barangay San Jose), 2nd Runner-up Rachel Anne Clemente (Barangay Baranka Ilaya), 3rd Runner-up Claudine Uy (Barangay Plainview), and 4th Runner-up Tia Warren (Barangay Barangka Ibaba). Also in photo with Mayor Menchie is Councilor Charisse Abalos-Vargas.
