Mandaluyong City Mayor Benjamin C. Abalos Jr. and First Lady/City Nutrition Action Officer Menchie Abalos check on a child enjoying the ride in the newly-inaugurated playground at San Jose-Hulo, Barangay Hulo.
The inauguration was held during the city’s twin celebration of the 70th Liberation Day and 21st Cityhood Anniversary.
Together with Mayor and Mrs. Abalos during the ceremonial ribbon-cutting (inset) are the barangay and city officials, parents, and the pre-schoolers in Barangay Hulo.
