Antonio Bernardo (Government Service), Louie Ocampo (Arts & Culture), Paraluman Vicencio (Education), Mark Conrad Ravanzo (Community Service), Henry Ongaigui representing his late father Ong Ai Gui (Business-Posthumous Award), and Roman Delos Santos (Ulirang Mandaleño-Special Award). Ulirang Mandaleño Award is given by the city government to its outstanding citizens who have shown exemplary performance in their respective fields or have contributed to the development of the city. The awarding rites, held at Wack Wack Golf and Country Club, is part of the activities celebrating the 71st Liberation Day and 22nd Cityhood Anniversary of the city.
