VISITOR FROM TAIWAN

The City Government of Mandaluyong, led by Mayor Menchie Abalos  (center, bottom row), welcomed Prof. Eing-Ming “Timothy” Wu (6th right) from Taiwan who paid a visit to the city.  Wu is the Chair Professor at the Shu-Te University in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Abalos and former Mayor Benhur (6th left) presented Wu the key to the city, a small bust and dolls of Manda and Luyong.
