Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
Proven experience as a Retail Manager or Sales Manager or similar role (2-3 years in the Management capacity)
Experience lower than 2 years could also apply for Sales Supervisor
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Deep understanding of retail operations and sales principles
Proficiency in sales management sofware and CRM Systems
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision making
Strong customer focus and dedication to providing exceptional service
Flexebility to work weekends and evenings as needed
Additional certifications or training in retail management is a plus
