Special Awards were also given to Msgr. Daniel Sta. Maria, Norberto Arcangel, Loida Nuñez and to the owners of the long-existing businesses Aling Tonang’s and Adelina’s Ham. Ulirang Mandaleño Award is given by the city government to its outstanding citizens who have shown exemplary performance in their respective fields or have contributed to the development of the city.
