Mandaluyong City Mayor Menchie Abalos presented one of Mandaluyong’s pride Jhasfher Jhaf Doria (2nd right), a resident of Barangay Poblacion, who snagged the championship at the recently-concluded South East Asia Tour 2019 darts competition held in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
