Mandaluyong City Mayor Benhur Abalos leads in the inaugural blessing of the newly renovated Manpower Training Center (inset photo) in Brgy. Addition Hills. In more than 60 years, Manpower-Mandaluyong has been offering free technical-vocational courses, particularly catering to underprivileged residents to enhance their skills and employability. Also in photo are TESDA District Director Lourdes Villanueva, Manpower-Mandaluyong Officer in-charge Merly Tampinco, city officials and Brgy.
